Smith meal plan #2--Going Gluten Free

Well, we are attempting GF for 2nd child's sake.  His stomach has been hurting since first week of January and despite all the tests run to date nothing has been diagnosed.  Tired of waiting for the doctors to figure out a diagnosis to start in on a treatment plan.  So here goes:

Homemade mac and cheese (will sub in GF noodles for son's portion)

with coleslaw and fresh, cut veggies
